ONEP Green Building

Project Information:
ONEP has a plan to construct a new office building to meet the TREES-NC Standard to obtain a Green Building certification.
The TREES-NC is the Thai Rating of Energy and Environmental Sustainability for new construction and major renovation, version 1.1.
The construction should also qualify at least the Silver level of the Thai Green Building Institute (TGBI).
The ONEP construction project consists of two buildings: 
-  Building 1 has five floors with 8,175 m² usable area. 
-  Building 2 has four floors with 4,950 usable area. The basement of building 2 has two floors for parking space with 5,040 m². 
The total area of both buildings is about 18,165 m².

Location: Phaya Thai, Bangkok.

Owner: Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP)

Design: Span Consultant Co., Ltd.

Construction Supervision: Design+ Develop Co., Ltd.

Contractor: Well Graded Engineering PLC.

Construction Cost: 469 Million baht.
